5. Payments

All transactions conducted through Kolstars are in Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Payment terms are specified within individual agreements between influencers and brands.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of agreements are subject to the terms specified in each contractual agreement between influencers and brands. Kolstars is not responsible for refunds or cancellations except as explicitly facilitated by our platform as part of our services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kolstars or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kolstars will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if Kolstars has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kolstars, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
